How I work

No onboarding deck, no account manager between us. This is the whole process, from the first mail to the monthly note — so you know what you’re agreeing to before you agree to it.

From first mail to monthly note

  1. A mail, then a call

You write what’s stuck. I reply within one working day with whether I can help, and whether I’m the right person at all. If I’m not, I’ll say so and usually point you somewhere better.

  2. An audit before anything else

New collaborations start with a one-off audit: tracking against your back office, brand versus non-brand, structure, real margins. It ends in a prioritised list, not a score out of ten.

  3. The work, in order

We agree what happens first, what happens after, and what we deliberately leave alone. Each change is logged with a reason and a way to call the result.

  4. A monthly note

Plain language: what changed, what it did, what’s next, and which test didn’t work. No dashboard screenshots pretending to be a report.

Three things I won’t bend on

  1. Measurement before media

If the platforms disagree with your back office, we fix that before touching a bid.

  2. No promises I can’t keep

No ROAS quotes in a first mail. You get what I’d test, in what order, and how we’ll know.

  3. You keep the keys

Your accounts, your data, your documentation. Nothing leaves with me.

Three ways to work together

One-off audit

A fixed-price look at what you have. You get the findings and the backlog whether or not we work together afterwards.

Project

A restructure, a migration, a tracking rebuild. Scoped, with a start and an end date.

Monthly management

A fixed number of days per month on the accounts. Cancellable per month — I’d rather you stay because it works.

Fair questions

About working together, rather than about a channel.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, to a first mail as well as to an ongoing thread. If I’m going to be unreachable for longer than that, you hear it in advance.

Do you work with agencies as well as brands?

Yes, white-label where that’s the arrangement. It works best when I can still speak directly to whoever knows the margins.

What does a collaboration cost?

A day rate for projects and audits, a fixed monthly fee for management based on the number of days. I quote after the first call, when I know what the work actually is.

What if it isn’t working?

Then we stop. Monthly agreements are cancellable per month, your accounts stay yours, and you get the documentation either way. A client staying out of inertia is no use to me.

Sounds like a fit?

Mail me what’s stuck and I’ll tell you whether an audit is worth it — including when it isn’t.
